Never in the history of Mankind has a man ever said, implied or even thought "check out the broad shoulders on this girl. Daaaamnn!"
I want to be sensitive and understanding if this is something you're self conscious about. But in terms of what men think about it, the answer is we don't think about it at all. It's irrelevant, at best, so I hope you get past it.
The range of things humans can be self conscious about is quite amazing. For one of my Ex, it was the under sole of her feet. Maybe 5 people are gonna have a peak at them in her lifetime, but she was serious about it and it really affected her. It feels like some pretty women are on a hunt to find imperfections and bring themselves down over nothing.
Why ALWAYS have to complain about body shapes? Is that count/matter soo much? If it does then, i can say that Other parts of your body can make up for it. 🤷♂️.
I'm called fat, but when i see another person BIGGGER, than me, i remeber and Laugh, Always, and i mean Always... will be someone out there that will Like you JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!. Because the Shape and Beauty Fades, but the Soul and Mind always will stay YOUNG! 😉
So I have broad shoulders- I've been told I'm "built like a swimmer," whatever that means, lol. I'm not a fan of my shoulders because it makes wearing certain tops cumbersome. But do I care what people think about my shoulders, especially from an attraction standpoint?
NO.
If a guy doesn't like me because I was born with broad shoulders, then that sounds like a personal problem, not something I can change, like my weight or how I dress.

To some men. Height is important in these cases.
Nature has a weird way of giving us bodies that are beautiful in their own special ways. Judging by your cute face, I imagine you're just as beautiful from head to toe. So don't wonder things like that, I've found myself attracted to so many different types of people, I could never say one thing is unattractive.
I don’t think anyone can say they are attractive. However I wouldn’t say they are unattractive if it fits your body. Either way it’s not the first thing anyone notices so whoever says it’s attractive or unattractive is just forcing an opinion at this point
Are wide hips attractive on a man? Most women would say absolutely not.. Broad shoulders are more forgivable especially if you have a nice shape otherwise..
I'd like to answer in two parts.
Personally i find broad shoulders very attractive.
Secondly there would be people who don't consider shoulder breadth as a criteria to see someone's attractiveness.
Broad shoulders are hot. Embrace them and love yourself. Clothes for them can help.

Broad shoulders will actually make you look more feminine. Wide shoulders, especially when paired with well developed legs, make the waist appear much smaller.
