So I want to invite this guy I like over but I’m not gonna lie ! My apartment has roaches 😬. They aren’t crawling all over the place because I’m a clean person and I don’t leave food or trash out. But they will just randomly decide to pop out from time to time. Sometimes I’ll see one and some days I won’t see any for the whole day. It’s not my fault because this was my first apartment and I got tricked into a lease. I was just thinking about keeping the apartment kind of dark when he comes over so he won’t see anything. Or maybe I just shouldn’t invite him over at all because it’s too risky? How do men feel about a girl having roaches? Advice please !!!

I’d just be honest. Most men aren’t going to be turned off by that. Now if you’re trying to get it on in the bedroom and a roach runs across his ass, may change things lol but seriously if you’re just honest because most people have probably lived in similar situations even w their parents when they were growing up. Hell I live in a nice, descent house, all updated, new flooring, etc, but during monsoon season we get an influx of roaches throughout the neighborhoods n sometimes they get into your house some how. It’s different if you’re just a complete slob, which I hate to say but a lot of women are. I’m never using a chicks car again, their rooms, can’t even walk in some of them. Yeah just be honest.

If you live in an apartment, there's always gonna be some kind of pests, especially roaches. If you're as clean as you claim, then big chance you have some nasty neighbors. Get you some bug barrier spray and spray any kind of openings and cracks you'll find along the walls and counters, and even around the doors and windows. The kitchen and bathroom especially. You'll be roach free for a couple or few months depending on the brand you use.

Also, keeping things dark is a bad idea if you got roaches. They lurk and do most of their moving in the dark.

Those roaches come in from grocery store in packaging usually. the black/brown pinky nail ones are disgusting and very difficult to kill. They love close cabinet. the longer ones... midsize roach are reddish/brown and are nasty too. The big roach with the wings are outdoor tree roaches and nothing really. The smaller ones are nasty.

If property is super clean and smells like Renuitz and ONE roach crawls out then no big deal. More than that and my penis goes limp...
