The problem isn't that he's dating younger women. It's that he seems to not care about them as people as he just throws them away when they get too 'old' (when they're still actually very young). Maybe he really does care about them significantly (I can't really know), but it really comes across that he largely just 'cares' about them when they're super young/hot and tosses them away when they get 'old' (when they're not even that old)
