If you are attracted to your companion, do you want a kiss at the end of the first date?

This is a question for which a misstep can have serious consequences. If a girl wants to go slow and I try to get a kiss, she might assume that I am just trying to get her into bed and that's the last time I'll ever see her. But some girls expect more and if a guy doesn't at least go for a kiss, she might think he isn't attracted or just wants to be friends. I don't want there to be any confusion so. . . I try to read the signals and unless I see something that says "SLOW DOWN!" I go for a kiss at the end of a first date.

I voted D. But as you said, you have to recognize signals. You don't just grab her.

I think I kissed after every first date I ever had. Two were initiated by the girls.

After one date, I walked the lady to her door. She unlocked it and turned. Stepping forward, she placed her hands on top of my shoulders, rose to her tip toes, and kissed my lips. Her lips were so warm and tender that my head buzzed.

My future wife did the same thing after our first date when I walked her to her car.

But I initiated similar kisses with girls. Just a tender kiss, no tongue or passionate hugging or anything. That stuff is for the second date.

Personally I'd like to have a kiss but I wouldn't expect it, but honestly I think the best bet would be a kiss on the cheek. The few times it's happened to me it's been a really sweet gesture.

I was at a Queen tribute act and there was an after-party and I ended up dancing like ballroom style with this older guy, maybe in his 60s for 10/15 mins. He thanked me for dancing with him and kissed me on the cheek, it was the sweetest thing ever, had it been anything else I think I might have freaked, but it's always been quite a sweet gesture to me.

No…first date is kinda like an interview/getting to know them. I have to like them a lot more than just the initial attraction to become physically intimate.
although i did stayed in the same hotel room with him in two separate beds. Im was okay with that. 😂

If you are going for the lips she might turn her cheek to you. Or if you are going for the cheek she might turn her lips to you.

I don't think there is that much to read unless you are planning to stick your tongue in.

I'd additionally go for a hug as well and a little caressing. A girl complained to me once that a guy she had just hugged hadn't felt her tits and she seemed to think he should have. I'd probably compromise and feel her ass.

If the girl blocks me on the way in and offers me a handshake that's the first and final date.

Depends. If it'd my first time meeting or talking to this guy then a kiss is out of question, it's NOT happening. However, if it's a date with someone I have already known, for example if we've been friends for a while and hung out many times before, then I wouldn't mind.

Honestly depends on how the date went. I’m not someone who likes a lot of touch, so a hug might be a little awkward for me. If the date went really well, I can see myself with this guy and I want to kiss him or give him a hug I’ll be outright with it. I know dudes don’t take signals and hints well so I may initiate the hug and allow him to go in for the kiss, or I’ll just tell him it’s okay.

I wouldn’t expect a kiss and most likely wouldn’t look for an opportunity to try and kiss her. I’m not saying I wouldn’t, I just feel it’s best to save some of the mystery maybe until the next date.

I did meet a woman for a date once whose first words to me were “I’m not going to sleep with you today” lol. Funny thing is she invited me inside when I took her home and she almost made a liar out of herself.

When I first went to kiss my girlfriend (she was not my girlfriend at the time) I aimed for the cheek. She moved intentionally so it would be on the lips, which pretty much confirmed that she wanted to be my girlfriend. We were just friends, not even dating at that point.
