Im a bit upset. What should I say?

Ok sorry if some of you may find this pathetic but it’s upset me. So me and this guy have known each other for years but only recently we’ve started dating and everything is going well. Then today he text me saying his shown pictures of me to his friends and said he can’t believe someone like me is interested in him. I said ‘ oh that’s a lie 😉’ And he said ‘ Yeah that’s what they said I’m definitely punching ‘. I said back ‘ No I meant you’re definitely lying about showing your mates’ and his response to that was ‘ I would definitely show them though ‘ And I said ‘ Don’t say you’ve done something and then actually not 😂 I knew I smelt a lie’ And then his reply to that was his shown his dog the picture I didn’t respond to that. Like what the actual hell? Why would the guy joke around about something like that? It’s kind of hurt my feelings in all honesty.

Why would it hurt your feelings? He’s being cringy, but was just trying to tell you how hot he thought you were.
