In my opinion I would not seek her out if she ghosted you. I am really sorry that she did that, I think we’ve all experienced it and so I know it’s crappy when someone can’t just say what they think or feel. But sometimes a lack of response is your response. If someone wants to, they will. If SHE desired to know each other better, she would be trying.

You should att last say " i m trying to find this woman i found some months ago online. Although she ghosted me then, i have feelings for her. I would love for her to be my wife someday. Why are you trying to find a woman that ghosted you? Are you not seeing the signs that she's clearly no longer interested and that you should move on and stop trying to find her? Like man you do know this comes off a bit stalkerish and that she's probably not going to like that you're posting her pics and looking for her? I think you need to let it go man before you catch a case.

There are a number of people search sites and with just the information you have (name, age, occupation, and state & cities you can limit it to), for a fee, they can give you a number of results. Her name is probably Juliette, not Julliette but you can try is both ways.
Also go to https://socialcatfish.com/ and upload the picture and do a reverse image search. You will receive 39 possibilities in a large number of social media sites. There is a $6 fee to receive the 39 results.
There are almost 200 school districts with an average of about 10 schools in each district. So if you can limit it to a few cities, that is not many school districts.
