Mildly superstitious in general.
In my life, there has been a name (Male and female) where it seems like 90% of them have been bad for me. The biggest bullies in my life (around my age) had this name. The two worst teachers who gave me the worst problems in my K-12 life had this first name (in fact, one was nasty to my sister when SHE was in school). Even some of the more “minor” bullies who were teachers shared this first name. Guy who is continuously nasty to me in a professional setting has this first name.
An ex girlfriend had this name (spelled differently).
So I generally stay away from most people with this name.
I also have had a mildly “lucky coin” at one point.
Then there’s stuff that just makes sense - not eating a meal right before a big speech. Leaving early to get somewhere on time. Not opening an umbrella in the house (that’s more clumsiness than a death or bad luck omen).
No “lucky unwashed underwear” or “unwashed socks,” though.

Hypothetically, if there had been a lot of arguments, bitter fights and/or abuse that occurred inside the car the of an ex, I'd be uncomfortable riding in an identical car.
I'll probably just find another ride to my destination.
