hey everyone. so my boyfriend & i have been in a relationship for 8 years. he recently got blocked from instagram and no longer has access. he told me to delete mine so i deleted the app. i wasn’t on it for months. i redownloaded it a few days ago bc i really didn’t see a problem with having one when i did not do the stuff he did to me. with instagram, he followed a bunch of bikini girls, liked a bunch of their pictures, DMed some complimenting on their looks. last night, he asked me if i still had instagram, i said no. let me say that to prevent arguments i would delete the app before going to his house then download it when i’m bored at home. he said that somehow my followers have gone up, he then grabbed my phone, downloaded the app and went straight to my messages. i had message this guy who i had followed asking for advice on what he thinks about guys in relationships liking girls bikini pictures and DMing them complimenting them. he read it and never replied. he went to my text messages and read a few and got mad bc i was asking for my friends for advice as well. as i was supposed to sleep over his house last night, i went downstairs to grab my phone from him and he wouldn’t give it to me. mind you, this has not been the first time this had happened. i went upstairs to grab my stuff and his phone and left to my house. he then realized after half an hour that his phone has been missing. he called through my phone and said he wanted his phone back and that we are over. i asked why, and he said bc you’re not happy with me, and i can’t take it anymore. i never said i wasn’t happy, i’m just confused on why you have to like girls bikini pictures and DM a handful of them complimenting them. he woke up his dad to have drive to my house to grab his phone and decided to show me my “recent” searches on instagram and told me “this are all the guys you’ve been talking to” i’m like wtf, i don’t talk to any guy, i asked one on instagram for advice.
