You're absolutely not aiming too high. I can well understand that broaching the subject with someone is fraught with difficulty and that there's the fear of rejection when you tell them but a medical issue should not stop you trying.
When I say that I understand that it's a difficult subject to bring up I am basing it on personal experience. I have a related problem, which is that I sometimes wet the bed.
I could have decided that I was never going to date anyone as that would ensure that I never had to tell anyone about it. But things turned out differently and I did end up dating a guy. And as with many such relationships it got to the stage where wanting to get into bed with each other was on the agenda. I had two choices: give up on the relationship so he would never find out, or tell him about it and hope that he wouldn't give up on the relationship as a result.
I made the decision to tell him, and it was definitely the right decision. Actually, it was the best decision I've ever made. There's no getting away from the fact that it was difficult and embarrassing, just like it was embarrassing on our first night together when I had an accident. But our relationship was based on friendship, love and respect and having an embarrassing medical problem has a far lower priority - it's part of who I am, but only a minor part and certainly not a definition of me.
Did our relationship last? Yes, it certainly did: at that stage he was my boyfriend, he became my fiancé, and he's now my husband. If you can find someone who likes you as a person then I hope that they can be mature and loving enough to see beyond the problem.

Some women would never date you because of it.
Some women would be able to love you regardless.
Some women would find that kinky.
There’s always hope.
NO, that’s silliness if one keeps their clothes on in a traditional dating pattern. Intellect, with both a sensible gentleness and leader ability, sells. Not “dick size “etc….
I suppose that you have full medical to share when you both get to that criminal, credit, and medical records exchange…
