Is a month long enough of a talking stage to start dating?

Met this guy about a month ago and we started hanging out everyday at school. We have our winter formal next week and people are starting to ask each other. We both know we like each-other but we’ve just been kinda I don’t even know what we’re doing neither of us is taking to other people.

I wanna go to formal with him and possibly spend Valentine’s Day together, is a month too early too star dating?

Oh, but 1 month is good enough to go. But don't move forward to physical contact during school age even if you're dating. Date with a purpose to understand each other, build a future with each other, support each other while working towards your career goals, life goals. I would suggest you to stay virgin till you get married. Keeping virginity aside you can do all other stuff like spending time with each other, talking with each other, studying together, etc.

We’re high schoolers so it’s not really a big deal. Most high school relationships form after like months of being friends
