Are these signs he will propose in the next year?

1. He asked me if we were to get married, would I like to keep my last name or am I open to changing it to his? He also mentioned that he understands if I would like to keep mine.

2. He told me recently that he saw a wedding fair being hosted nearby, and we could go check it out if they return to visit so we could get an idea of the items they have and so forth.

3. He asked me during a show we watched discussing the changes, bringing a baby into a marriage, and the impact of such on your sex life; he was curious about my thoughts on that.
