My boyfriend has been bringing up marriage a lot?

My boyfriend (28) of 17 months has been brining up marriage a lot we recently moved in together last month. every few day he’ll randomly Call me his wife or if I do something small cook for him he’ll call me his wife. And when I respond and say I don’t have a ring on my finger he’ll respond and say “one day you will when the time is right”. he even told me during a argument he told his brother he was going to marry Me one day. He’s Been bringing this up so much is this a sign he’s going to propose soon?

He also has brought up starting a family a few times he told me we could work on having a baby in the next month or 2 but then changed his mind and said we should wait until next year
