Now of course, we would be on the TLC or Hallmark channel Pilot and me being the romantic that I am...

At the grocer: sourdough bread, real (seedy mustard), turkey, mayo, lettuce (vegetables), tomato, provolone, strawberries and pineapple, and Ghirardelli chocolate. Of course me dipping fruit and chocolate for TV within the context of Neo-Liberalism.($150.00)

Add in and Grandma's quilt in a park downtown... sunset... walk into Downtown for Proper dessert ($50.00)... and she home by 8:30pm.

From 8:45pm till 2:30am back Downtown chasing that tail that walked by over dessert while watch another ($300.00) disappear.

There is a business about 30 miles north of here that does sail boat charters for an afternoon. You can take 4 people out for three hours for about $400, then come back in to port and enjoy dinner at one of the many fine restaurants that are within walking distance. It's a great group date!

500 dollars? Can't I just keep the cash and we go somewhere cheap or free... like a park, gym, hell I'll even cook us a meal, LOL.

If I had no choice, I'd say a beach date: with a barbecue/grilled food based on fish or seafood we catch.

Entertainment: surfing, boat riding, skiing, fishing, beach volleyball, or just walking along the beach.

Simple, but it would be a nice date for me and not too expensive.

Go riding on the ATV's in the mountains, use that money for gas, snacks and drinks. Basically the usual fun times I usually do.  Can't beat getting out into nature and avoiding crowds in the city.

Oh, I'll keep it sweet, fairly simple and relaxed without breaking the bank too much.

I just need a ride (and back) to a sandy beach and supplies and ingredients. Sunscreen, cocktail shaker, iced container with ice cubes, marinaded barbecue and accessories for grilling. Optionally alcohol for the cocktails. I can bring the sounds too. That's one of my ideal date ideas.

I honestly can't think of anything normal to do that'll cost 500. Perhaps both of us get a return flight to Disneyland Paris and a cheap hotel for the night and two day passes, if booked in the future that'll be roughly the cost. We could go on all the thrill seeker rides together and it'll be amazing.

I would tell him to keep his money that’s too much to spend on someone you’re not married to, and let’s do something for free. We can go to a park and pet all the dogs, or hunt for cool rocks. I can practice my cooking and he can do the taste testing. We can stay in and watch a movie and take naps.
