All my life I was shy and had social anxiety and I started to got rid of it. And I worked online. But this time I started to work outside: in a little hotel in a touristic area in my country.
I work 8 hours a day at a reception. This is like a revolution to me. And my goal is to work for years here in this tourism and hotel industry because it is a social job.
Al my life I never got a girlfriend or a female partner. I don't know which steps should I follow to get to know any girl over time. Please advice and suggest some ways for me in the long term. It is still not a lot easy to talk to girls or people or smile to them for me.

I got over the same anxiety when I realized that when someone is not talking to me, I'm not talking to them. Now I just ask people's names. It's easy "What's your name? I'm Casey." People LOVE this. I get the best service in bars and restaurants because I greet all the servers.
