Being single up to a point is normal. It's peaceful indeed but for a short period of time. We humans aren't build to function properly without contact or social circle. So remember loneliness kills slowly with time. Give yourself time to process, adapt and overcome whatever you are going trough.

And after that look for a better person who can stand as equal next to you.

I agree that being single is peaceful, thats why i stopped dating for a while. Then i met someone and realized even though it means more stress, im also happier. Good for people who are also happier staying single, though.
