Whenever things get a little serious I get scared and block it completely. It’s been 6 years since my last oficial boyfriend. I have already been to therapy but my therapist says just have to get out there and date a lot of different people.

I have anxiety too and it sucks!!! It severely impacts my life but we just have to take it one step at a time.
In terms of relationship anxiety, the only way you will get through that is by pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and dating. I know it's tough but that's the only way I healed personally. The anxiety will go away because as you date different people and make informed decisions about who's worth your time or not, you begin to trust yourself again and you feel secure in relationships stemming from that trust within yourself.
I think it would be a good idea for you to seek out a therapist.
