Likes me but got back to his cheating ex? He approached me a while ago nd we'd talk and he is totally into me but got back to his ex. What to do?

This guy approached me a while ago. At that time he and his ex were broken up for 3 years. He is very kind to me, smiles whenever he sees me, shares personal details about himslef he doesn't tell anyone, keeps asking questions about my life, keeps staring at me when I catch him, his friends are the nicest ever to me (they're the biggest bullys on planet earth). Two weeks ago he got back to his cheating ex who cheated on him multipule times. They're already sleeping together at eachother's houses. He saw me yesterday and talked to me like nothing happens. He doesn't mention that he is dating someone! What should I do? Do I add him on Insta meanwhile? Pls help
