Is this guy leaving his girlfriend because of me?

I thought this guy was single, he did not tell me he had a girlfriend, and I was sharing nudes with him for a couple of months…. Then I messaged him saying I wanted to go out with him and meet, have dinner, etc, and he told me that he’s currently in a relationship and lives with her but thinks of me a lot. A few weeks went by of silence and then he messaged me saying he’s moving out from her/his place in June, the relationship is ending and wants to see me after he moves out.

Was this my doing?

I’m sure part of it was. But that’s merely speculation. They may have been having issues before he met you. Just keep in mind though that yes it could be the reason so what’s not to say if he met someone else while w you he wouldn’t do the same to you.

Yea, people don't know how effective it is to chase after a taken man, you indeed ruined that woman's relationship, got rid of someone not worth being in her life but the effect is still there.
