Why do I always think that women are evil and how can I change that mindset?

For some reason i always think that women i see irl are evil and that they judge me because they think im ugly and that they talk bad things about me behind their back. No one ever said i am ugly but i think that for some reason.

And whenever a girl shows interest in me i always think that she is just doing it because she wants to feel good about herself. Sometimes a few women found out that i liked them and they started to talk to me more but i didn't know if they were interested or just doing it to feel good because they knew i liked them.
