Do young people not date those older then them because they think they are ugly?

I've been looking into this for a bit how there are a lot of young people who would never date someone older then them for one reason or another. But the more i looked into it it seems more due to the fact they think a lot of older people just look ugly. Like i'd bet money that people would be tripping over themselves for a chance to date someone with kpop level looks and it really doesn't have much to do with age at all.

to be fair i think that's most of it. most people dont age well and look like shit cos they let themselves go. plus honestly being like a 6/10 at 20 dont hit the same as the same level at 40 for ex. like the older you are the hotter you gotta be for the same degree of like desirability especially for women i think. if someone is older but is hot as fuck and looks like some fine wine not some spoiled milk, they definitely haven't hit the wall yet and can get young pussy/dick without too much effort

I want to date someone who is more mature than me. But not too old for me just 4 to 5 year difference is okay.
