Do you know anyone that a thirtysomething (prime millennial age) dating or is in a relationship with a Zoomer (prime age is early to mid 20s)? Are there advantages? There are differences between the generations (one can argue a Zoomer has been through current events trauma than a Millennial.) I get there are other differences too, especially how they communicate and how they relate - are those differences bring some connection? have there been challenges between the different generations esp in dating or relationships?

Same shit applies as any other relationship with an age gap.
Make sure both parties are safe, protected, and honest. Power balance and dynamic caused by being in different life stages (Milennial may have a solid career and more financial power) is important to recognize and manage.
I (Milennial) dated a Gen Xer briefly. It was fine, our mismatch was less about generation than about sexual compatability.
I think Milennials and Gen Z are likey to have more in common than Milennial to Gen X, frankly. Internet culture is a thing better understood by Milennials and younger.
Why get hung up on ages?
For the most part, it is just a number.
i get it's just a number, but there is a cultural differences, Millennials grew up in turbulent times caused from abroad, Gen Z grew up in domestic issues; my generation was the last before smartphones and broadband Internet access, while Gen Z have no idea what slowdowns are in teh cyber world. My generation seemed to be looked down upon over a decade ago, but Gen Z seems to have more social skills issues (I won't blame them personally, but it's what I have observed between the two generations)
