Why do gen z people have a dislike towards older people?

Like I noticed gen z people talk about older people with a sense of disgust like they don’t matter and it’s not that way with millennials. Secondly to further expand on this ageism I had previously dated a girl who was 24 I’m 32 keep in mind when we started dating a few years ago it wasn’t an issue but after the breakup it became all about age and your a 32 year old man

I'm not against old people per se, but I'm against old people that stand against the progress and my Party's vision.

Our vision comes from my grandfather, who died at 84, and by no means he was an old fool - but when he first started professing his thought in 1946, he found many old fools and geriatrics against him and he referred to them as such even when he hit 80 and his opponents were "just" 60 or 70.

So older people are only a problem when they go against me or my movement.
