So its been over a year since my ex broke up with me. We were both in our 30s. Every women that has showed interest in me for dating just hasent come anyway close to being as good as catch.

It's really made me feel depressed in that I feel ill never meet someone as amazing as my ex was and that it's all basically down hill. It makes me actually resent my dates which makes me feel even worse.

I know how you feel. Work on yourself and level up. Upgrade your clothes, conversation skills, get in shape, have hobbies and be interesting. Get in the right headspace and learn some psychology to understand women better. The better man you are the better women you will attract. Trust me, after 6 months of growth in yourself you will find her not good enough for you.

Yeahhh, I'm not some late teen or early 20s guy that doesn't have hobbies, and interests. I have plenty of those and I can communicate pretty well haha.
