What's your go to ice breaker?

Mine is to talk about my 3 dogs, Buddy, Samantha, and Lucy. It seems that the fact that I have 3 dogs is a fact that once a girl knows it, they warm up to me a lot more and instead of seeing me as weird or having little character, they start to see me as compassionate and loving. Which is much closer to how I really am.

I also show photos of my dogs, and me and my dogs together as I love to hug my dogs and they're very affectionate with me as well as eachother at times. I was able to capture more than one video of Buddy licking Samantha's face and it's always very adorable.

I may also tell them about how I adopted Lucy, I saw her wondering around in a parking lot at work, I held my hand out and said "doggie", she looked at me and started wagging her tail as she approached me and I did the same. I pet her a lot and she at one point laid on the ground so I can pet her stomach, and I obliged.

My plan was to break the ice a bit with her, bring her inside and try to find her owner. She had no collar, no identification chip, and I got tons of shares on lost dog groups, yet nobody responded.

I came to the conclusion that she must've been abandoned, and if that's the case, I'm happy to adopt her, which is what I did. What's your ice breaker?

Go up to her and ask "excuse me Mrs. How much does a polar bear weigh". When she say she doesn't know respond, "enough to break the ice, hi my name is, (your name)". If she finds it charming you might get a giggle and smiling eyes. And now you got your foot in the door. Where you go from here is up to you.

If she rolls her eyes and looks away thinking, "what a dork", well... you got your answer.🤣

I got another one but it's a little more forward. But it'll tell you quickly what type of person she is and where she rates you (I guess 🤣)

Walk up to her and say I bet I can guess your middle name ( have a pen and piece of paper on hand) and tell her I'm going to write your middle name down and if I'm right you have to give me a kiss. This'll tell you right away if she opposed to kissing you. If you've never met her before she's going to think how would he know my name. Anyways, literally write down on the piece of paper the words "your middle name". Then with a little fanfare show her it and say does the paper say your middle name? She'll know she just got tricked and if she looks like she enjoyed it pucker up. Now conversely if she looks worried give her an out because she might be apprehensive about kissing you in that case instead turn your head. And tap you index finger against your cheek that gives her the option of just giving you a peck on the cheek.

This is a cute little game that just gives both a little fun and allows you to guage thier interest towards you.

And both definitely breaks the ice. Where you go from there is up to you both.

I don't feel ice as such, so I don't have one.
Girls who need it broken are usually hiding something so I approach them directly simply to not be a quiet loser (not once in my life has a scared she managed to respond; usually because each already was stuck with some loser she didn't like but had no idea how to get rid of).

Usually just being playful and later on try to find excuses to touch them, I. e laughing and putting a hand on their shoulder/arm. Don't do it if they don't laugh at your joke lol
