Too busy at work to see me but active online?

My boyfriend who I don’t get to see every day said he needs to work late today and tomorrow since is busy and to get the job he is on done so is not sure he will be able to see me or not today. Well, he has been on Facebook multiple times today and for fairly long periods of time. I’m not sure how he can be running equipment or moving heavy stuff and busy when on and off Facebook. It kinda hurts my feelings because feel like if he hurried he could see me and if he is busy then how online and he was commenting on things too. Should I be upset?

When was the last time you saw him? He needs to make time but at the same time, grown adults don’t need to see each other everyday unless if they live with each other of course.

So yeah if that’s the case , give it time. The clinginess and not letting him decide what works best for him is going to push him away , if it didn’t already

He's necessarily been active as long as it states, most of the time when it says someone is active it is actually just running in the background after them recieving a notification or message.

Also it could be that he's feeling suffocated if your as clingy enough to stalk his online activity rather than just accepting that he is busy or possibly just needs some time alone to regenerate.
