Being autistic makes it harder but not impossible. My grandson is autistic and he has a grifriend who adores him.
You need to build up your self esteem and believe that you are a good and desirable person - and why wouldn't you be. Confidence is automatically attractive (Narcisism isn't)
Don't try to force the issue, don't be in a hurry, just chat, see if you have anything in common, see if you can make her laugh or smile.
Don't hang out with people who are hurtful to you - find new friends who respect you.
Your age is irrelevant - there are always single people of the opposute sex within your normal age range. The older you get the MORE single women there are because men tend to die younger than women.

Join a social group or club with similar interests and start meeting people that way. You'll slowly build your social skills that way and then build the confidence for dating organically

If you're a kind person with high confidence and respect for others, you don't need good social skills to find a girlfriend. Not all girls care about charm.
