I went on a date with a guy. He told me he didn’t want to date me or anyone because he found out his brother might have cancer. A few years ago I had a brain tumour and went through a rough time. I told him I understood and said I was thinking of him during his rough time. He blocked me. It triggered my PTSD. I kept msging him but never threatened him or stalked him. He sent me a message saying if I ever contacted him again he was going to the cops. I tried to apologize but I don’t think he will ever forgive me. We went to high school together and live close.

He told me he wasn’t going to date anyone for a while. I think he thought I wasn’t getting the picture. I have ptsd from my experiences at the hospital. I had a brain tumour removed and then was sent home and brought back with a bleed in my brain. I almost died. When he was talking about tumours and results it triggered me.

Yeah you should move on. And get a lot of therapy. Once you get blocked that's pretty much a death sentence on our future conversations.
