I need advice from the guys?

So there is this guy that goes to my school and I like him and I’m pretty sure that sure that he likes me too because him and his are always looking at me and I was wondering if I’m going insane or if should like try to talk to him because I’m pretty sure that the universe is telling me too but I’m too nervous because I suck at speaking so I’m just wondering is there something specific I should talk to him about or just wing it and see what happens

First off: yes, you should talk to him. Remember that even if you feel romantic interest, your conversation doesn't have to start that way; you can talk to him just like you would to anyone else. This will also let you get to know whether he's someone you like well enough to go further in the process with.

"I’m too nervous because I suck at speaking" Well welcome to world of most guys your age. If he's interested in you, he probably just needs some confidence. Talk to him, let him know you don't bite. Give him a little reason to have some confidence with you.

If you are taking too much time you are wasting your chances with other people , and don't be desperate if he says no , just tell him you like him , if he doesn't acknowledges the first time , never give him a second chance , if you give him a second chance he might take you for granted
