Can this be considered as cheating?

Lets say I have an girlfriend. If some random girl approaches me and calls me sweet heart and she even says "I like you" but I never say anything in reply. If I say this "Your the piece of the moon. You give lights to everyone. You make everyones day even brighter and cuter. You seem an beautiful person. You deserve someone who would always keep you and treat you well. You an gem that has very unique type shine." and "Yk when they are going to sleep just hug them and pat their head" and being nice and sweet to that girl. Is this considered as cheating because to me its not. I never have been sexual or romantic with this person. I dont know anything about this. And most importantly "I already told my girlfriend that this girl is liking me and I never said anything in back and I even told her to stop it because I have an girlfriend."
Is this considered cheating?

I wouldn't want a man hugging and paying the head of my girl whilst she slept so yes I would class it as cheating as for the words no I wouldn't but if u continued to hang around a person u know wants u and that would upset your partner I think its fair to class that as cheating

  The man is lets say you and you have an girlfriend and you found out an another girl likes you but you never liked them back and never said I like you too or anything and never been romantic with them. Your only becoming sweet with them and not totally treating them specially like your own girlfriend.

  OK so again let's put my partner in this situation and say she had a male friend and when she went sleep he would cuddle or pat her head or even the reverse she would cuddle him or pat his head I wpuldnt want that and class it as cheating I wouldn't keep a friend that made my girlfriend uncomfortable because she made it clear she likes me

it can be considered emotional cheating for sure. especially if he doesn't conduct himself similar to his girlfriend.
