I asked him if we were exclusive a few times and he said yes over the course of the 4.5 months. So he lied to me. He continues to send me pictures and messages via text. Should I understand his confusion and forgive him?

After his girlfriend's call, he said she broke up with him and would not leave him alone. He also she came back into his life 2 months into our dating because she heard about me. He still kept this information from me. He knew I would stop dating if I knew so he was still dishonest about that.

His confusion about what exclusive means? Confusion about the fact he had a girlfriend? Or where’s the confusion? There is no confusion. He cheated on his girlfriend with you and he lied to you about being exclusive with you. He did this on purpose so he could have the cake and eat it to. He’s a cheater and he doesn’t give a fuck about hurting others that are supposed ro be able to trust him. Why would you forgive him? Why would you call this ”confusion”? You’re in denial. He’s a bad person and you need to realize that and act accordingly. Get rid of him from your life, block him and never talk to him again. If not he’ll show you again and again how bad of a person he is and how there’s not confusion.
