Why do most tall ladies get so angry when a short lady has a tall boyfriend/husband?

Okay so I am 5’1” and my boyfriend of four years is 6’5”. We love each other for who we are. I’ve gotten death stares from some tall women and one girl yelled, “Short girls take all the tall guys and we are left with short guys. Listen tall ladies, tall men don’t belong to you! Us short ladies can have a preference in tall men and tall men are allowed to have a preference too! So does short guys! It’s isn’t my fault my boyfriend prefers short girls. He likes short women so sorry not sorry. Why don’t you date short guys? They LOVE tall girls but you reject them. Face it, most tall guys and most guys prefer short and average height women. I’ve dated guys under six feet and the shortest guy I’ve dated was in 10th grade and he was 5’4”. What do you guys think about this?

I don't really get why tall girls get so mad about it. Like you said, people like what they like. It's not like you or your boyfriend can control who you're attracted to based on someone else's preferences. Some tall guys just happen to prefer short girls, and that's okay.

And yeah, I've noticed tall girls don't always give short guys a chance either. But those guys deserve love too! Maybe those tall ladies should look in their own backyard before complaining about who other people date.

Dating is hard enough as it is without people getting mad over things they can't control. As long as two people care about each other, who cares about their heights? You seem happy with your boyfriend and that's all that matters. Those tall girls need to get over it and stop taking their frustrations out on you and other short girls. Just let people love who they love!

Short women also feel entitled to tall men. Tall men don't owe any woman anything they don't belong to far women, short women, tall women, blondes, brunettes whatever. Just because they are tall does not mean they need to immediately like you and have their own criteria looking for someone. All women need to shut the fuck up about their desires for tall men because it sounds like you want them as trophies. Short women also don't like short men.

I'm 5'4 and went after plenty of short women they didn't like my height. I am attracted to tall women as well but I'm not seeking them out. It would look off as I'm small in both weight and height. It seems like I'm too short for even shorter women like 4'11 to 5'3. I might have to start looking at women in like dwarfism range like 4'10 and under but they still might feel entitled to tall men.

Based on what I have read and heard that tall women have a hard time getting a guy because she intimates the short ones, and prefers someone even taller then she is. I'm 5'8 guy and I can't get a woman at all. I think my looks and height is part of the reason.
