Why do some shorter or smaller men like me a big woman?

I am a rather bigger female so I’ve never been a smaller person. I know most guys and short guys prefer shorter women but I get approached by shorter men or smaller guys. I am 6’2” and large built, heavy set (228lbs), unfit and curvy. I’m working on myself to lose weight but some people say I look good and I’m not fat. Anyways three guys that were shorter than me approached me. One day I looked so hot but I was wearing a hoodie, yoga pants and sneakers. Plus I’m heavy and I’m huge. One guy says, “I’m 5’6” and 140lbs baby. I don’t mind a woman that’s taller and bigger than me. Break the standards. I told him I’m not his baby. Plus I have a boyfriend (which is true). My boyfriend of three years is 5’8” and he loves that I am taller than him and he like big girls. That’s flattering ♥️😀. I’ve always wished I was shorter and smaller but the shorter girls wish they were taller. Why would women wanna be as tall as men? I’ve never dated a man that was taller than me and the tallest guy I’ve dated was 6’0”. I want on a date with a 6’5 guy but didn’t work. He said he wishes I was under 6ft and I was too big.
It’s funny, most taller men like the petite and average height and women and some shorter or smaller guys like taller or bigger girls.
