Why don’t I feel jealous that my crush has a crush?

Lately, I’ve been thinking of my best friend, Finn, more as a crush, but I don’t get jealous when he talks about his crush, Evan. I don’t know why this is. Maybe it’s because my crush on Finn is new, but I’m still unsure. However, I do hate Evan because he’s annoying and mean, and only started being nice to Finn because one of the teachers forced him to.
