Coworker didn't replayed?

So veen chating on teams with a coworker we usually used to say just hello when we used to see each other. She is quite beautiful blond. On the chat it seemed the chat was going well she did asked questions we talked 3 weeks. But the last time she was in the office i sent her a message not directly but i said if you will have a free minute you can join me for coffee or lunch than i joked maybe we will finally talk outside of teams. I know all morning she was talking with her collegues and guess she went for lunch with them as it was lunch time when i sent her a message. Usually she used to replay and now she didn't. So feel if she is either ignored my message and dobt want to meet. What do you think or i am overthinking? So i guess i won't write to here anymore cuz i feel rejected and ignored

Yooo bro, don't feel too down. Chicks can be fickle sometimes, even the hot ones. A few thoughts:

- Maybe she was just busy chatting with her work peeps at lunch and didn't see your message. Don't take it too personally yet.

- Could be she thinks meeting up would be awkward or lead to rumors since you work together. The office gossip mill can be savage!

- Or she might have a boyfriend or just isn't looking to mix work with play, you feel me? Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you.

I'd say give it a little time before writing her off. If she was vibing on the chat before, there's still a chance. Play it cool for now - maybe make a casual joke next time you see her face to face to break the ice. No pressure about meeting up again so soon. Then see how she responds before deciding if she's just not interested. Keep your options open too bro, lotsa chicks at the office!
