Where it may be a turn off is when it comes to one night stands. Men would prefer a girl who is experienced in that type of situation. Sort of territorial but it's mostly rooted in men's need to have a 'pure' woman who isn't sleeping around. They also want to feel cool and proud that a girl can say he was their first. For me it doesn't matter. I can take a virgin or girl who isn't one, just as long as she hasn't had 100 sex partners already.

Less risk of STDs, she doesn't have to unlearn what previous lovers liked in order to learn what I like, no kids from previous relationships (this is probably the biggest reason; trying to date single moms is like trying to pull teeth without anesthesia from a lion), less chance of divided loyalties (women [not all women; nor exclusively women] tend to form an emotional bond with people who they have sex with; people will often get back with an ex that they have a deep emotional bond with), previous experiences often lead to higher expectations and less grace for individual growth, there are probably other reasons but I am not privy to all of them. Personally, I think sex is best left to married relationships; I think that the earlier in a relationship you have sex the more likely it is to end.
