Am I overthinking this?

So I met a guy on a dating app, and both of us are looking for a serious relationship. We're just in the talking stage (day 2) and we're currently in different states but he expects me to be exclusive to him already- altho I haven't conveyed any strong interest. He texts me from midnight until 4 in the morning, says I'm the love of his life and if he's hungry he says he wants to eat me. On one hand I feel too rigid for not going with the flow, on the other I feel it's alittle over the top so I'm kinda in the middle.

I was kinda worried when he kept saying "I hope you're exclusive" within the first hour of texting. When he says "you're the love of my life" I thought this has to be a joke but I really don't know. What do you say to him saying "I want to eat you all up"?

Yeah that's what I was thinking too, but I go to his state quite often for business travels so it isn't too bad. And this guy seemed quite interested at the start so I thought it had potential. But then, he started talking like this.
He also doesn't like adding me on socials which I thought was really suspicious too.

Honestly be careful of this man he might be the jealous possessive type. I find that someone who comes on way too strong at the start is a red flag. Things should just flow not be rushed. Talking a lot is great though before you meet up

That's way too over the top, you guys haven't even met and he's already claiming he loves you? It's only day 2 and he wants to be exclusive? That's a red flag. Ultimately it's up to you what you want to do.
