If somebody has female organs like a uterus or ovaries they are female. It doesn’t matter if those organs work properly or not.

If a person has female organs like a uterus of ovaries they are female it really doesn’t matter if those organs are highly functional or unhealthy. Some common causes of infertility in females are Endometriosis and Uterine Fibroids which are illnesses that affects the uterus and polycystic ovary syndrome and primary ovary Insufficiency which are condition the effects ovaries.

Yes, before I got married I was pretty much undecided on having kids. Not having kids would not have been a deal breaker.

I'm a hopeful person so if her reason is only medical It won't stop me from trying with her, I believe in miracles and if god gave her the reproductive system I believe he can make a baby come out of it even if doctors say it won't
