What’s the funniest thing that has happened on your date?

6 months ago I had a few dates with that very sexy man, let’s call him Noah (not a real name)

We stopped going out as we had different wishes.

Now I am going out on a 3rd date with my new date and as I walked in the restaurant, I suddenly looked at the tallest guy who was there and saw it was Noah, looking directly at me, I smiled and said “Hi, Noah. How are you?” He replied “I am fine, “LaFemme” you? I am happy to see you.”

That was all and we went to our table and our table was right next to Noah’s table with Noah looking at me directly.

It was awkward. Especially that I wore the same sexy dress I wore on my first date with Noah. I wore it because Noah liked it and he told me he loved that dress and I thought my new date would like me in it too.

But now that Noah was there too, I didn’t even take my coat off, cause I didn’t want Noah to see the same dress.

It was a very funny situation.

My date and I had a pretty amazing time and with lots of chemistry and all and I kind of felt good Noah was watching it all, realizing what he has lost 😄

Ahahaha, so all in all, I had a great date in my opinion.

My date told me “I like you.”

When I was in college I had a friend who lived in the city and was a commuter. He and his girlfriend knew somebody that they wanted me to meet. We were supposed to meet her in a restaurant. So on Friday they picked me up in my dorm and we drove to this restaurant. It was about 5 or 6 miles away. This girl was already there waiting for us. She was fairly pretty and seemed nice. The four of us sat at a table and. I was talking to her. She was sort of a hippie and I was going to college on an ROTC scholarship. She thought I was a fascist, baby burner. I was not getting along with her at all. My friend thought it would be funny if they left me there with her. When we figured out what happened she told me that she was leaving. I asked her if she would drive me back to my dorm and she said no. It would have been at least an hour's walk in the freezing cold. As this girl drove away I jumped on the hood of her car and hung on as she took a couple of laps around the parking lot trying to shake me off but I had a good grip on the hood. Finally she stopped and let me in the car and gave me a very quiet ride home.

@Caroline91 She had a Dodge Dart and it had a nice space at the top of the hood that you could really get your hands in. I was holding on as she tried to shake me off. She got to the end of the parking lot, then she did a U-turn and went again. She was angry when she stopped. I asked my friend what her phone number was because I was going to ask her out.

After just a handful of dates, we went to an amusement park in Southern California where there is an old fashioned theater with melodramas. The theater has stair-step seating. Before the main event, there is usually a vaudeville type performance. Anyway, I was sitting on the aisle and I was laughing so hard that I slid off my seat and bounced down several steps on my bottom. I was so weak from laughing my date had to lock his elbows under my armpits, pull me up the steps and put me back in my chair. This time, he sat on the outside and held me up through the rest of the performance. When we exited the show, I still couldn't stand up on my own so he steered me over to a bench and by the time we reached it, he was laughing so hard he could hardly stand up. We just sat there and looked at each other and laughed and laughed. Finally, I got enough breath to say to him "Wasn't that the funniest thing you've ever seen?" By then, laughter tears were rolling down his cheeks as he gasped out "It sure was and NOBODY was watching the show!" We dated for a couple of years so he got to see all kinds of things like me: going airborne off of surf boards, getting hit in the face with a sea bass, getting caught by my dress in a door only to discover it was locked and no one had a key, lose my shoe off the top of a roller coaster and... wait for it... drive my car up a telephone guy wire... TA-DA! He never did stop laughing at me.

It was a first date. We went to get coffee and walk around Central Park. We're walking along the Conservatory Lake and this bird comes out of nowhere and flies right at a nice and low. I sidestep and ducked for cover. What I forgot was that we're walking on the edge of the lake. So I sidestepped and fell in to the lake...

Oh no, that's not all. It's like 70 degrees out and I was wearing this cute sundress that was a REALLY light apricot color with a floral print. I don't wear bras with my sundresses. You can see where this is going

When I sat down, I must have shaken the table, because her water glass spilled on her. She went to the ladies room to clean up... I figured she wouldn't come back and the date was over. She came back, she is my SO, 7+ years now and counting.

@TommyMountainFigure Yes I did. We still occasionally talk about it, especially when people ask how we met. She said she thought about not coming back, but she was hungry. If things didn't go well, she'd at least get a free meal. I'm happy that things did turn out well.

The night that I proposed to my girlfriend/now fiancee, I took her back to the same restaurant where we had our first date two years previously. We were seated in the very same booth we sat in on our first date.

I haven't had any encounters with exes when I was out with another woman.

Oh my God, yes! ❤️ I think you accomplished the equivalent of an upper deck home run, which in its trajectory soared directly over the guy who missed out on you's head. Obviously my interpretation of this is markedly different from most guys', but I guarantee you that if I were Noah, even after such an unpleasant comeuppance, I'd have to send you a congratulatory note, etc, the next day, because you got him good.

To young ladies who are reading this -- never underestimate the power of jealousy, when it's applied skilllfully and at the appropriate time.

basically after NYE i woke up hungover in a girls home who i’d have slept with alone so i went for a shower to try and make me feel better, finished my shower walked into my room in a towel and realised how cold it was i then went to close my windows as i did i leaned out to shut them my towel full i shut one of them wondered why it was so cool looked down and realised i was naked 😭 i then looked back up and saw the guy who’s house id stayed at and her too friends stood across the road getting out of there car and her two friends had clearly seen me by this point 😭😂😂😭

We went to a nice restaurant and he opened the door first to be a gentleman. What he didn't know was there was another glass door to open to get into the restaurant and he walked right into it and hit his head.
When we got inside this guy was laughing at him and said "Don't worry, I did the same thing - when I was about 4 years old".

Oh yeah.. I forgot to answer the question... Funniest thing.. hmmm I can think of so many, but.. here's one. It was a first date in a busy London Nightclub. The DJ asked for volunteers to go up to the stage.. I naturally grabbed my date and we were one of 3 couples who (the woman had to blow up a balloon whilst the guy's fly was undone, and the first couple to pop the balloon would win. Cut a long story but I went commando and cut a longer story short (we won) :D
