How do I get asked out to a dance?

I have a formal dance coming up this Friday and I really want to have a date to it, but no one’s asked me. Most of my friends have dates and I’m starting to feel like I’m not approachable or pretty enough. I know that having a date isn’t the point of the dance and I’ll have plenty of friends to be with but I really don’t want to be standing alone during slow dances. I’m really a romantic person 😊

I dont talk to guys a lot but I know everyone. I’ve been told i’m pretty a lot by people and I personally believe that I am, I just don’t think i’m approachable or maybe no one wants to ask I don't know 💀

If u don't talk to guys and guys don't normalt approach u why would they do so now guys don't tend to approach women they don't know to events like that
