I have a thing for Indian women but I’m Middle East Jewish. I have a decent amount of international student friends who are Indian.
I know they have different manners and social norms and so I want to act appropriate. In addition there is a language barrier and they always want to speak their mother tongue.
If you have a thing for women of other cultures how have you gone forward.

Ay man it can def be tricky dating cross culture. But I say go for it if you connect with someone! Just be respectful of their background.
Biggest thing is be a good listener. Let her teach you about her culture, don't expect her to know yours. Ask questions to learn - don't judge. And make an effort to pick up some of her language too even if it's just basic phrases, she'll appreciate that.
Get to know her fam too if she introduces. Learn their customs so you don't accidently offend. And be prepared - her parents might see your diff backgrounds as an issue at first. Just stay polite and let your character show over time.
Most importantly, focus on enjoying each other's company. Find your common interests instead of differences. Compliment her beautiful culture but make sure she knows you like HER most.
Go slow, be chill, and it'll work if you both like each like that! Plus the food is bomb right? Just don't stress bro, you got this. She'll appreciate your effort for sure.
It is never easy. Nothing in common.
