Nothing is 100%, BUT... as a rule, the most popular guys (the good-looking/rich/high social status guys) get tons of female attention, and have an abundance of options. They can easily have casual sex with most of the women giving them attention, because lots of those women are *hoping* to get a relationship from him - but this almost never happens, and when it does, the woman is usually either considered top shelf herself (model, actress, singer, etc.) or, in a few cases, she's incredibly feminine and has very traditional values, which makes her valuable in a different way. In the vast majority of cases, though, the guy never commits and never even pretends to. That doesn't *necessarily* mean he treats her terribly, but some women perceive this as being treated terribly - even though the guy is often very up-front about him not having any intention to commit.

I think the bigger problem is that most modern women cannot accept that they're less than a 10/10 (when such women are extremely rare), and even more, that being less than a 10/10 means that she's not going to get a 10/10 guy. The world is full of girls who are a 5/10 (this means AVERAGE) who want 10/10 men and actually think they can get one - and completely turn up their noses at 7/10 men.

Part of the reason for this is that a lot of women confuse their RELATIONSHIP value with their CASUAL SEX value. Lots of men want casual sex, and many of them will sleep WAY down the value scale in order to get no-strings-attached casual sex - meaning they'll have casual sex with women who they would never in a million years date romantically, much less commit to. But just because a high-value man will bang a woman does not mean that the two are of equal value. The way it works is this: men's value is based on the women he can sleep with consistently, while women's value is based on the quality of men who will commit to her (NOT the quality of men who will have casual sex with her - that means NOTHING).

I'm going to ASSUME that you are looking for a serious relationship, and not just casual sex. If that's the case, the first thing you need to do is filter out all of the men who AREN'T looking for a serious relationship and aren't willing to commit to anyone. THIS WILL ELIMINATE NEARLY ALL OF THE TOP MEN right off the top, and you need to be honest about that. Of course, it will eliminate other men too, but virtually all of the top guys will get crossed off.

Then you need to ask yourself: what do the rest of those men - the "relationship men" - value in a potential relationship partner? Do you know (meaning: have you actually listened to men's answers to this question) what men want? If not, then you need to ask these "relationship men" - not just any men, but specifically the ones who are looking for a serious relationship partner.

Once you have the answers about what they value, THEN you can ask yourself how well you rate against THAT scale - and THAT will tell you what kind of men you qualify for. And whether or not you like the answer is irrelevant - that's the answer, and the only way you improve the men that you qualify for is to improve your standing against the things that men value. Unfortunately, the single highest item on that list is YOUTH, so time is not on your side - the sooner you figure things out, the better off you will be.
