What is the best way to respond to my boyfriendsaying; "I guess you don't want to talk to me" when I can't respond to his text immediately?

Don't have that conversation over text. If you can, meet face to face and ask if there's something else you can do to help him know you do want to talk to him, since you can't always reply to texts immediately and it's not fair for him to expect you to.

Maybe it would help to have a certain time every day set aside to talk with him (by text, call, or video if you don't live together). That way he knows you do plan to talk to him later in the day, even if you can't reply very often during some other parts of the day. It could make it easier for him to believe you are just busy rather than not want to talk.
