Im in a 3 months long situationship with this guy who woks for the army. And it feels like is pulling away from me recently because he’s stopped asking how my day was and started disappearing mid convo without saying goodnight. We used to text each other all day everyday and asking how each other’s day was and having long late night convo, but it all stopped. And he haven’t seen each other for over a month now bc of his work. One time, i texted him if he doesn’t want to see me anytime soon and he replied with paragraphs of text saying it’s not the case. Thats been a week now, and he suddenly went no contact on thos Thursday. And he is not still initiating when we’re gonna meet nor texting me.

should i just straight up ask him ‘you seem you don’t want to talk to me anymore’?

would me texting this make him more like not want to talk to me?

"Works for the Army"? As in he's a soldier? If he is, I think you may vastly misunderstand what it means to be in the military. Legally if you are in the military, the job comes first, always, without question. They can tell him we're to go, when to go, who he can talk to, what he can say and possibly even order him to do something that will very likely get him killed. They can do all these things even if you're married to him. I'm saying all this because I want you to know he may not being trying to pull away at all. He just can't be watching his phone all day to respond to you. He may be camped out with in the boonies with little or no cell service. He may have been called to formation mid conversation with you and he has to literally RUN. Civilians often don't understand military life. Relationships can be difficult because of this.

Personally I would not text him that as it is stating the obvious. In my opinion actions speak louder than words. He is already showing he has lost interest.
