Just apologize and say she is sorry for the way she was out of control and to please not take any offense to it whatsoever and admit she was out of line and didn’t mean to take it out on her , and ask her if there is anyway she can make it up to her? If she is a good friend , she will more than likely accept the apology and put it behind her , if not , then say good bye to that friendship lol

I know thos doesn't apply to you but on many occasions I've experienced people who say sorry enough times that it becomes too easy to say and they think just saying sorry should clean the slate and everything be rosy again.

But when you hurt someone's feelings, especially if it's not the first time, it shpuld take much more than a word to make them feel better. I can't describe exactly what is the right words and actions. It can vary from person to person. Some need more words. Words that say I'm sorry and I love you and I feel bad and ill try not to do it again. Others need physical touch and signs. Hugs, kisses, small gifts or acts of servitude (cook a nice meal, run a hot bath). Maybe a combination.

Taking girlfriend as boyfriend.

Had that problem with one girlfriend and she never did say say sorry for taking out her bad day on me.. If I had a bad day she would sense it and make it worse. If I had a good day she would sense that and ruin it.

The enjoyable times weren't worth that crap so I got out fairly quick.

Pretty stupid I was delaying my return to lick my wounds or savor my triumph. Came across some stuff that suggests it is not uncommon for guys to sit in their car for a while.

Women seldom apologize to their guy past honeymoon period. They just twist it to be his fault. He hasn't had enough emotional intelligence if she is dead to rights wrong.

Take steps to change that behavior so it won't happen again. Do something like watch a little seminar on how to redirect your negative emotions, or buy a punching bag or something. I don't know what helps you when you're having a bad day.

Let her know that you care about her and really are sorry by actively trying to avoid being in the headspace where you would hurt her like that in the future.
