It really depends on the guy himself.

I know a guy who on paper seems to have it all -- elite cars and properties and memberships -- but in reality he's a childish womanizing nincompoop who can't understand which end of a woman is up. He's a living breathing "deep fake" kind of guy who doesn't know himself and therefore doesn't like people who look at him too closely. Even if he's in front of you he's swiping left/right on 20 other people... And for no reason bc he'll just do the same to them.

Meanwhile, I know a guy who is mid-level when it comes to his lifestyle and salary. He's comfortable enough to have his own place and doesn't struggle with the day-to-day. That's more my type of guy bc he can "be real" and talk to you, not at you. He doesn't led "his stuff" dictate who he is. He's someone even if you don't see any of his stuff (his house, or car, or bank account).

To be honest, It's neither intimidating, not attractive to be honest. It shows he's either worked very hard to achieve his goal or he came from a wealthy background. If he worked hard and still I'd down-to-earth, I'd look at him with respect.
