Been 2 days so I guess it isn't looking good for me... This was pretty much our first "date" was it too soon? We were doing so well at the party I thought and she asked I was doing new years and got a long hug goodbye after I kissed her on the cheek, she was just humoring me then and being nice?

She's probably busy as to why she wasn't able to get back to right away. But if she really liked you and wants something more well, I think she would automatically reply.
