There would be 50/50 ratio or close in every job, if there would be no such thing.
All that feminazi brainwashing, just gone too far.
I have no issues, if woman wants to do traditionally men's work or other way around.
We need women in IT there is no heavy lifting or any phisical strength needed in most positions.
Or any woman can do even phisically demanding job, why not.
And any man can be nurse or be secretary, but it never works that way women wants jobs in men industries. Even getting all grants ( for choosing IT or Engineering profession) and other bonuses for it, nothing for men for choosing nursing or HR, even men are looked bad at for doing it...
Stop bitching and live in the real world mate, you sound like a child "waah feminist make my bwain Hurt" It's fuckin annoying, be an adult, work along side whatever man or woman happens to work with you, and grow the fuck up!
Across much of the world women do the lifting and carrying, so your question has a little western bias. Although, on average, blokes are stronger than birds, the distributions overlap. I train regularly but there are women in the gym stronger than I. (And they are certainly not unattractive) For myself, I'd say that being fit and capable enhances attractiveness. There may be a threshold whence muscularity might detract, but that is unlikely without steroid use.
There are physical limitations of human bodies by gender. Further men are traditionally more expendable and from a strictly biological / instinctual perspective women count more than guys. Therefore extremely dangerous jobs have been done by men. Not that women can't do them, but biologically it makes more sense for guys to do them. Therefore, yes, there is such a thing.
I've got no beef with women doing a certain kind of job, if she enjoys it like me, then let's get it done. But if she is (even if it's a man), a dainty delicate flower that complains, bitches, and moans... I don't think it's a good fit.
Now do I find her attractive? um, maybe if she's hot, eyeballing me back, and we're not supposed to be working. Otherwise I do what I always do at work... I shut off the sex part of my brain and go into work mode.
In general when it comes to strength there are jobs better suited for a man. I say in general because today you do have women that build themselves up and can be stronger then some men. But only some men because no matter how strong the strongest woman is the strongest man will always be stronger biologically.
Now would that make her less attractive? Not to some men. But I believe most men are attracted to more feminine women or at least to women that aren't more masculine than feminine.
I don't think so. We are moving towards equality with more and more men helping with cooking and cleaning. I think it's only natural women help with the things that used to be "men's work". Feminism has given women freedom and equality, now it is time that men were given freedom and equality in being and doing whatever they want.
Omg... You all 🙈 I can't even bring my self to scroll down to see the comments... Here I will make my comment. There ARE things that a male who was born with the needed physical strength to endure and to repeat and endure. That being said a women can do it. Sure if you want to. But men have more strength stamina to complete tasks and to repeat those tasks over a period of hours. Unless a women what's to strength training for hours on end daily just to get up to a man straight that's up to you.
I think your job should suit your personality. I'm good with people and information. My mom was good at picking things up and putting them down. She was strong as an ox and damn attractive. She got way more attention from men than me, and I'm charming af
Honestly, Iāve seen the type of women who do āmanās laborā and I donāt find them good looking at all. A lot of them are naturally more masculine than the average female and thatās not attractive to me. Now, these women usually make very good leaders and bosses and they earn the respect of men much more so than the average female, but Iām just stereotyping from what Iāve seen.
@Tru-é³ the male nurses that Iāve met were not gay by any means. I think itās very attractive that men are nurses. I love men in health care because they are nurturing.
Yes there is such a thing as men's work because things that involve heavy physical labour are just not for the female biology and thaf is a fact, if a woman wants fo sacrifice her health and do it anyways - she can but that's on her.
What people don't understand is that these men are also sacrificing their health, they are just more equipped to survive longer in that field. There is a lot of hate going around for men earning more, but women are usually wiser than to destroy themselves in the long run. Its a sacrifice the men are willing to do to to provide for their family and before a women wants to out compete us in the workplace she should take into consideration how big the effort is the men are willing to do for her so she doesn't have to.
And I completely understand and respect that, but I am against using this as a point for "equality". Nowadays we are working towards automation so noone should have to work such damaging jobs but as it is it's not even cost efficient to have women work in those jobs.
I worked in a massive production company from 18-20, I was in the office but fact is that women CAN do heavy work, but men can do it more and for longer. It is just how it is, men are naturally built to manage more physical labor.
Womens bodies are more fragile than mens generally, their muscular and bone structure isn't suitable for handling heavy loads over time. Not saying all women, but a good majority. I would say that a majority of women dont want to do "mens work" mainly because theyre not interested. Just like most men aren't interested in doing nursing or other "womens work"
As an OTR truck driver, im frequently in dark desolate areas as well as being surrounded by lonely men and away from restroom facilities so I stick my wee wee in bottles all these things would make trucking hard for women but some do manage it nonetheless
Men and women on average are more prone to pursue certain careers based on their abilities and interests which will inevitably create trends between genders. But if a woman wants to pursue a career in a predominately male dominated field or vice versa... as long as they get the job done efficiently there's really no problem.
For me, it wouldn't make her less attractive. In fact a chick with drive and well courage or energy to do a normal masculine job. Well that's pretty damn hot.
Yes, and no, if you look at the human anatomy females have a less dense bone and muscle structure in comparison to males, and therefore so called men's work tends to be doing heavy lifting or construction, where as woman's work tends to be less physically demanding like office work or art
Each gender does have its strengths and weaknesses in different careers. I've been an electrician for 5 years and I can count the women I've seen on constructions sites on 1 hand. They can do the work, but they tend to do things like drywall sanding and mudding or painting. You'll very rarely see them working as a plumber, brick layer or electrician. So while they can do the work and keep up with men it's just not common.
I believe more in the stereo typing theory. We may all be humans but the structure of our bodies and psychology are different. Both genders were created to do their own categories of work - physically and mentally.

Yes, better be like you 'bend over and take it'...
And make sure everyone else does same as well.
I do not care about them, just people want to be equal, but only on their terms and only when it suits them.
Hey man, making butt fuck jokes, you really are a middle schooler aren't you XD
Why, you feel really grown up after just finishing one, last year, everyone who still there kids now?
You really know life now?
I think you need get out of your pink bubble...
Dude, I hope you realize you're proveing my point, you're acting like a twelve year old, it's really embarrassing, for your sake, just stop.

Nice so nice
Same applies to men who do "feminine" roles typically. Male hairdressers, nurses etc. Many of them tend to be gay. Not always. But a sizable amount.

Yes there absolutely is, and what's more, there should be.
Man, this is tough. Honestly I can say I've seen chicks outwork men in the oilfield and vice versa.
So I'm gonna say No. It's all in that person's Character, they either can do the work or can't. 👍
And to the last part.
For me, it wouldn't make her less attractive. In fact a chick with drive and well courage or energy to do a normal masculine job. Well that's pretty damn hot.

No, whatever you want to do, do it.
I am personally more attracted to women who can do a lot of heavy lifting and the like.
