i work in a majority female field, which is inherent to the humanities. lots of passive aggressive bitch fighting but luckily i'm mostly not part of it. just watching it from the outside, eating my imaginary popcorn as i enjoy the show xD
They're sane about sexual harassment? Are they sane on other issues to? I have heard that they lean to the left at the expense of the majority. Is that accurate?
@SuccessfulHornDog dude the entire western world is completely overrun by leftists. i would say germany is "relatively" moderate in comparison. and that even despite the fact that the moment you show the slightest bit of right leaning opinion considering foreign politics, people call you a nazi right away.
@TraceyByrd yeah of course. working with guys is less drama and more efficient. since i'm in the humanities, i'm very familiar with the respective research. having a low number of female workers sprinkled in an all male labour force rises productivity by a huge margin. but the closer you get to 50:50 or even more women than men, the less productive it gets.
@SuccessfulHornDog Yeah. This whole corona shit is pure leftist ideology based on statistical bullshit as well. Tomorrow is gonna be the biggest demonstration in Europe planned in Berlin. I'll be there. Time to end this leftist nonsense. The antifa will probably try to violently disrupt the peaceful protest again.
For a period of about 3 years there was only one other guy on our team. When you put a bunch of women together... uffff... it gets ugly quick. They get catty with each other, they would ostrisize any women they did not like , they gossip, they compete for male attention, they cry.
I'm not sure if it is my social anxiety that makes me uncomfortable to be around my colleagues or if it is because my colleagues are all male or of it is because they're a lot older than me. I find it hard to make connections in general but with males it is mostly a lot harder. And these people are in a whole other other phase of life. I do not know what to talk about with these guys.
Here is the latest from Wikipedia: The initialism LGBTTQQIAAP (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, ally, pansexual) has also resulted, although such initialisms are sometimes criticized for being confusing and leaving some people out, as well as issues of placement of the letters within the new title.
It could be gays harassing gays or straights physically or verbally It could be straights harassing gays or straights by making inappropriate comments about their sexuality.
It's not as bad as I imagined. However it is a bit lonely in some way. Always girl stuff. And all decisions are made in a girls point of view. And why do women bake so much? It's insane. No wonder most of them are overweight.
i work with the military and only see 1 or 2 females around total. Its a fun work environment everyone can say whatever they want, we don't watch our language at all and things get done as they are needed.
Since i have limited experience ill just share this article from 2009

However i have worked on plenty of teams before and i was think having a mix of men and women is the best since they have different view points of different sexes. The one time i was on a team with i as the only male was the worst.
Yeah in my one group where i was the only guy and 3 girls. All we had to do was make a meal. Two of the fought the third walked out to smoke and one of the two who fought left.
@eyesofgod Lol you did. Shit that's just trashy, geez lol. I'm a tomboy myself so I don't get caught up by that. Ugh, I remember in elementary school, the bitchy girls picked on me probably because I was a loner lol. But in my workplace, I'm working with older women (40, 50-year-olds), so they're better than my last workplace, which was young high school girls.
I have 15 employees. Nine are female, six are male, so technically we are a majority female workplace even though it is male-owned. Employees are higher to do a job, and as long as they do so, it should not matter if their reproductive organs are internal or external.
Both and i liked working with females more honestly because guys are busy flirting with me and translating anything i say into sex or crushing which is so annoying
I've always worked male dominated jobs, women in the office, men outside, and they've always been way older, I've never worked with women close to my age

Older women are much better, they are less selfish and help you. That's in my experience. I worked with high school girls, when I was in high school, and it was too much giggling, talking, etc.
@ChocoBrownieMonster they are some better they don't really care about a girl that like to work in wood work or in a garden working on planting. yet with one gitl that I knew who do work did bully me while I was at work. I told a member staff about it. it toke a long time to get sort out
I think diversity is important and that a mixed environment gets the best out of everyone. I wouldn't want to work with only men, I don't want to be surrounded by only women either.
In the past I have worked with mostly Males now I work with only Females and it's much nicer because they more polite to me, It odviously has its challenges still but still better.
Most of my work is working on my own. But I come across women at their homes. Or offices where they work. I find good fun chatting to them, some come across as flirty, so can a bit more fun...

in germany, the sexual assault bullshit is luckily not so much a thing. people are still mostly sane here.
Lmfaoo " enjoy the show "
@TraceyByrd well it's hilarious and so damn irrational. almost like reality tv.
I bet how pathetic it is it's definitely funny I don't got time for that bullshit but for laughing yea 💯🤭
People like that should be doing their job not acting stupid
@TraceyByrd dude have you ever worked in an office environment? it's the same everywhere. people always have time for office politics drama.
Lmfaooo lord christ what a shame 🤣
Haha shit, that must be entertaining.
That's why I don't want to work in HR, it's probably hell.
i dont mind it. i can easily distance from that shit :D
They're sane about sexual harassment? Are they sane on other issues to? I have heard that they lean to the left at the expense of the majority. Is that accurate?
@SuccessfulHornDog yeah women in general are pretty left leaning.
Sorry, I mean Germany in General, not just women
I work with guys better , just they better not be idiots

Its time to fight back because its only getting worse, not better

I'm still laughing about the shit u said " getting my pretend popcorn watching the show " 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I mean imaginery * lmfaoo
Do the police arrest them at least? There is nothing to gain from letting them run amok
@SuccessfulHornDog lol the police enforces it xD

It just gets really ugly really fast.
Guys are monkeys, farting, blowing boogers, scratching everything, etc
Yes, all of that is true. Do you view that as good or bad?
Lol it's pretty bad on my construction sites
I'm laughing because I know what its like, but you'd prefer that it be less zany?
Yea man, I'd prefer guys be more civil. I yack everytime I smell one of them farts haha,
Damn, gotcha
@dtegesd123 You should work outside then, so the farts go unnoticed lol.
I do lol, they are that bad !!! 🤮
I'm not sure if it is my social anxiety that makes me uncomfortable to be around my colleagues or if it is because my colleagues are all male or of it is because they're a lot older than me.

I like the mixed environment and there could still be sexual harassments in single gender environments because of LGBTQF
did they add MORE letters to their sexual deviancy parade?
@007kingifrit I added the F. I'll let you guess what that means but yes there are more letters now
Here is the latest from Wikipedia: The initialism LGBTTQQIAAP (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, ally, pansexual) has also resulted, although such initialisms are sometimes criticized for being confusing and leaving some people out, as well as issues of placement of the letters within the new title.
Fs in the chat boys/bois : )
You mean gay people sexual harassing the straight people?
@007kingifrit I called it LBTQABCs like some nursery rhyme
It could be gays harassing gays or straights physically or verbally
It could be straights harassing gays or straights by making inappropriate comments about their sexuality.
@sensible27 Welcome Friend
It's not as bad as I imagined. However it is a bit lonely in some way. Always girl stuff. And all decisions are made in a girls point of view. And why do women bake so much? It's insane. No wonder most of them are overweight.
Haha yeah the HR women or admin women be fat.
Exactly 😂 but I love when I catch them in looking at me. They sure can turn their heads fast 🤣🤣🤣
i work with the military and only see 1 or 2 females around total. Its a fun work environment everyone can say whatever they want, we don't watch our language at all and things get done as they are needed.
I can imagine, cool.

@eyesofgod Holy shit that’s uncivilized, women can be so mean, especially a group of them.
Yeah in my one group where i was the only guy and 3 girls. All we had to do was make a meal. Two of the fought the third walked out to smoke and one of the two who fought left.
Then guess who had to round them up and make them do something?
@eyesofgod Lol you did. Shit that's just trashy, geez lol. I'm a tomboy myself so I don't get caught up by that. Ugh, I remember in elementary school, the bitchy girls picked on me probably because I was a loner lol. I never cared about it.
I've been working in a 70% female / 30% male work environment and i never cared or thought about it.
I just like my job. Whats between the legs of my coworkers never interested me.
What is your job?
I have 15 employees. Nine are female, six are male, so technically we are a majority female workplace even though it is male-owned. Employees are higher to do a job, and as long as they do so, it should not matter if their reproductive organs are internal or external.
Both and i liked working with females more honestly because guys are busy flirting with me and translating anything i say into sex or crushing which is so annoying
I work in a male dominated work place & for the most part Have never had much of a problem.
What type of work do you do?
I'm in the transportation industry. Trucking to be more precise.
Oh haha, yeah women don't like that.
Female majority, ugh! Bullying bitchiness and all the rest.
I've always worked male dominated jobs, women in the office, men outside, and they've always been way older, I've never worked with women close to my age
Older women are much better, they are less selfish and help you. That's in my experience. I worked with high school girls, when I was in high school, and it was too much giggling, talking, etc.
I get along well with guys then female. since I can't even be friends with female since they always see me as threats.
How do you handle them in workplaces.
@ChocoBrownieMonster they are some better they don't really care about a girl that like to work in wood work or in a garden working on planting. yet with one gitl that I knew who do work did bully me while I was at work. I told a member staff about it. it toke a long time to get sort out

I know this sounds strange but I would much rather work with a majority of Females instead of Males just the way I see things
Lol can you elaborate, I'm interested to know.
@modelun242 I get along with Females better
Some men and women shouldn't be working with others.
