How do teachers not get bored of reading and grading essays?

Let's say they have 50 essays, each with 700+ words, to grade, how do they not get bored? You also have to take into account that some students are not good writers and their writing might be difficult to understand.

They are passionate with what they do.
when they come across writing that they can help the student, they out in the effort. When they see the results … that’s their greater fulfillment than the paycheck.
I'm not a MS or HS teacher, but I know a lot of good ones which similar passions with their job.
