Why do many people say they see a potential in me bc I personally don't see anything?

I work at a place without college degree but almost everyone I meet they say they see a potential in me

Many successful people don't have college degrees. There are traits that they share like perseverance, diligence, responsibility, etc. So, they probably see that you posses the traits that successful people have. Nurture them and reach for the stars.
